My story with horses does not begin in a laboratory, but on the field.

I truly immersed myself in the equestrian world as amateur driver in harness racing. I then trained and worked with several trotters, as close as possible to what performance demands: regularity, rigor, and constant attention to detail.

Very quickly, one thing became clear: Without solid feet, nothing stands..
I then trained for the profession of farrier, a profession of precision, where one learns to observe, to understand, and to act correctly. Along my path, I meet Jean-Paul, a passionate farrier, with whom we travel all of Corsica and then part of southern France, at the service of horses and their balance.

Subsequently, I worked within a Grosbois is a major training center for trotters., in daily contact with top-level horses. Here again, the hooves are put under severe strain — and I often find that existing solutions are too aggressive, too chemical, or poorly suited to regular use.

In 2010, Back in Corsica. I continue to monitor and treat racehorses, gallopers and trotters, with the same requirement: efficiency, respect for the horse, concrete results.

Then life throws a curveball.
Following two back surgeries, I can no longer practice as a farrier.

But giving up horses was never an option.

That's where it was born Hoof Oliu Care, a small, family-run business located in the heart of Corsica, in Vignale, and guided by a simple idea: to offer truly useful natural treatments, designed by a man of the field, for horses that are truly stressed.

Each product is assembled entirely by hand, Made from carefully selected natural ingredients. Our formulas have been developed in collaboration with veterinarians and horse professionals, to provide effective and hoof-friendly care.

At the heart of our products, there is a key ingredient: Corsican Immortelle. We work in partnership with the company  Helios, supplier of an exceptional Corsican Immortelle essential oil, chosen for its quality and remarkable properties.

And because my story is also about adaptation, another product was born from the same reality: the foot pick.
After my surgeries, some everyday tasks became more difficult and physically demanding. So I designed a foot pick intended to be practical, sturdy and ergonomic, in order to preserve the movement, protect the back, and maintain this essential routine: clean, observe, prevent.

Today, Hoof Oliu Care is the meeting between tradition, know-how and nature, with a constant requirement: to do better, to do right, and always in the interest of the horse.
